Nov 18, 2022DiorRunnersNobody wants to see Elon fail man. People are mass quitting because nobody wants to work under the conditions he is proposing. Like why subject yourself to that when you have Twitter on your resume and can easily get a job with a better work environment and similar pay?
Personally I think this is what Elon wants but yeah...People get into tech for the work life balance, culture, remote work and pay. Stripping away 3/4 of those things is gonna piss people off

there are some high level employees that have been there since founding and are essential to knowing how to run the company
it just isnt feasible to replace so many on such a short notice
I don't know who's still around in his skeleton crew and if they are competent or not, but whoever is involved with it has a big task at hand with giving any potential new hires in those positions a smooth transition
