First, I mentioned the education systems, which typically are measured by real world applicability. Then I said "if you wanna talk about iq" mainly because another person I responded to said that Americans are idiots, based on the post I quoted. Iq is a standardized measurement used for intelligence. Just covering multiple bases because there are several conversations going on, while making the point that the countries touted as having the ability to "think" and "smartest" also have problems with racism. So, Americans being "dumb" or "lacking critical thinking" because of racism just doesn't hold up logically.
