Second run of the dlc has been absolute peak

I'm pretty basic tbh. I'm all about Strength/Melee with no particular special effects or summons/spirit ashes and I beat him while wielding two Great Stars (two mace-like greathammers). They got a passive effect that causes blood loss build-up but I honestly didn't see that guy bleed throughout the fight so I must get my hammers checked. I was trying to use jump attacks as much as possible to break his poise faster.

This is what I was rocking when I ended that fool.

One tip I can give is that if you have the Golden Braid talisman then it can help alleviate the damage that is dealt by those holy lights in his second phase.

Put on claw talisman lol

I actually did have the Claw Talisman on during the fight but I switched back to another one after so it isn't in the pic

shadow keep is one of the greatest FromSoftware dungeons ever, they were firing on all cylinders with that absolutely perfect

I have done almost everything in both games but Bayle assaulting me.

Now that I’ve killed the final boss, I must say that I didn’t enjoy the DLC. A lot of filler space between levels, most of them being fields with different colors. I enjoyed Shadow Keep and Messmer. Bayle was fun.

Not gonna be able to atm. Working. But I appreciate it

I’m still on base game but I’m definitely over leveled just f***ing around with every side thing i see. I beat the red wolf boss mad easy. I feel like i lowkey never got better at the game i just got higher level than anything im going against.

stop levelling after 150ish and you'll be at the sweet spot! still challenging for endgame but plenty points to survive most 1shot moves

On average i beat most bosses in Souls and Souls-like games (including Sekiro and AC6) in b3 to 7 tries & the hardest boss so far has been a a bear in the open world lmao
