I would say my favourites were Nameless King, Twin Princes, Dragonslayer Armour and Champion Gundyr. I didn't get the DLC for DS3 but I just started on Dark Souls Remastered yesterday so that's where I'm getting my butt whooped next.

I have 0 camera issues with Nameless King. The first phase with the Storm Drake can be a bit jank but it’s so easy that it doesn’t really matter

Such a fun fight and not nearly as difficult as people say it is
