They need to increase the strike range for whips. They’re way too short. You’re within striking range of all melee weapons in order to hit with whips still

Got a dual whip build and it’s pretty whack. They hit slow, range isn’t great and damage isn’t either. Think they’re mainly to fill a Dex strike niche but one of the whips has slash damage so idk.

Flails need love too them s***s have the range of a dagger

If so yeah it's gonna be brutal.

However,
This game is a bit different in that many times unless it's a main boss you can avoid those enemies and just go somewhere else until you become stronger.

Also, you can do co-op. And idc how many people b**** about it if you just can't beat a section I recommend summoning someone. It's a game no point in just never finishing it. It doesn't have to be that frustrating. Summon a friend and at least get your money's worth if it's too hard.
