Almost 100 hours and I've only just realized Bloodhound's Finesse has two attacks...
Bro Nokron is so f***ing crazy more than i orginally realized.
On my ng+ i just found a hidden af tucked away path that leads all the way back to the Dragonkin that gives the Halbred. Like wtf? I didnt even know that was a thing nor have i seen anyone talk about it. Clarifying Horn Charm +1 tailsman is along the way too which is the first time i ever got it. Its such a long stretch of jumping between specific parts n walkways of the broken bridges after the mimc.
This game just keeps on giving. Im ng+ 280 hours in. What the hell
@Water_Giver bro had me thinking the Bewitching Branch was some GOAT s*** I just got stomped trying to use it 4 times on the Misbegotten + Crucible knight fight in red mane castle
It is amazing lmao but i also said it doesnt work on bosses with literal boss health bars
It works on literally every single other enemy (including boss enemies that appear as reg enemies in certain areas/dungeons) and theyre tranced for so long. Goat against Commander Niall spirits at Castle Sol & the high tier reg enemies & lil f***ers like the imps n bosses with minions.
You just hit them once up close and bingo you got a new companion basically until they die. They fight any enemies around the area and the other enemies are agrrod to the bewitched enemy. I used it last night on a potboy to kill the machine gun sorcerers in Raya Lucaria for example.
Also u still have to have skill enough to actually not die when trying to use it, should b ez
Should use sleep on the boss Misbegotten tho.
I never used it but I read his comments on it and assumed it must be amazing. I still haven’t used it but apparently it’s not that great lmao
It is goat but he used it wrong 💀💀

I’m gonna have to experiment later
just found out you need to not have a shield to do it, or a shield with No Skill

The game is even way more interconnected in areas than i orginally thot @Kenig
I wonder how many other lil paths that lead n wrap around that most ppl miss

Shields with the No Skill skill are GOAT

Bad thing is tho i haven't even been using a shield with it and still didn't know 💀

The misbegotten is cake I can kill him before the crucible knight even gets to me but it’s the f***ing knight, bro like NEVER gets stunned, resists f***ing everything (and I’m using fists so strike damage should be good on armor).
Ended up summoning a mage spirit ash for support.
Speaking of which it’s crazy how much choosing your spirit ash can change up your gameplay. Like yeah obv mimic and Tiche are GOAT but using a mage is dope I try to protect him while he casts spells.
Shields with the No Skill skill are GOAT
fr, I don’t ever try to parry lol attack patterns can be so f***ed in this game
finally reached malenia
Aesthetically she the best boss in the game. I love her look, lore, and her lines.
She about to beat your ass though.

Yeah Crucibles are always b******s. I think they only get stunned by colossal hammers or sumn like that their poise is god level.
And faxx, i like using the mid tier spirits. I used Ancestral Spirit, Wolves & Banished Knight Oleg spirits in my og playthru mostly. I only used Mimic once n that was against Fire Giant's massive health pool (it ended up dying halfway thru the fight anyways lol) & used Tiche for a boss once which was against Melenia to negate her bullshit constant self helaing.
A lot of the spirits are fun n fill diff roles. I was itt a week or so ago explaning that there are tons of diff spirits and you dont have to use the op ones, like theres some that are just for aggro, healing, buff support ect. And good spirits that wont do the fight for you. It was when a few users were itt talking "SPIRITS DONT COUNT" EVEN THO ITS IN THE GAME N BOSSES ARE BUILT FOR IT lmao.
Its so much fun. I hope they keep expanding upon the spirit usage. I would love to see boss spirits or one time use spirits, kinda like the dragon attacks, where you summon a piece of a boss or high tier enemy to attack once with a powerful attck or spell, or you summon a spirits of boss straight up, but it only lasts a limit time. That way its still balanced. Imagine us summoning a Wyvern or Giant like how Renalla literally does. That bish has access to spirits we can never do so far.
Its not even about the extra help for me, i just love any game with a Pokemon-like mechanic s*** is always super fun man. I REALLY want a Caelid Trex Dog spirit tho smh how do we not have one, or the big Caelid predator birds smh. Pls DLC
Main spirits im using on NG+ are mainly Azula Beastmen Duo, then Lhutel the Headless & Omenkiller Rollo while dabbling in others here n there to see what happens.

Its so dope cuz u can INSTANTLY do ur special attack without needing to two hand or switch out its so quick n efficent

That’s facts about the spirit ashes. I kinda wish they were easier to level up so you could experiment and switch them up more often.
Wouldn’t mind trying out Shabiri’s Woe with a great shield and hold aggro while the summon does work
So much potential DLC I wanna see.
Where’s the Rot Outer God/Beast? What about Trina and Miquela?
Who was Torrent’s original master? Who was the witch that trained Ranni?
