best part of the showcase by far, these designs are insane

I mean all games are brutal to new players so it doesnt really matter

bloodborne was my first souls game and s*** was lowkey easy if you had patience tbh

hey obviously experiences differ but Bloodborne is the one I wouldnt really recommend to a first time cause of Father Gascoigne and Amelia so early

I was lowkey very good on BB but I stopped playing halfway because of various reasons and never got back to finish it, a friend also ruined the experience pressuring me to play online and inviting a random player that killed the spider in 20 seconds lmao

Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro are probably the most relevant for Elden ring. The combat systems look very similar and they reused some assets and animations.

DS2 definitely not. Demon Souls probably not. Bloodborne also tough in the beginning.

DS1 is imo the best game ever created but it is also quite difficult and has a lot of bullshit situations and traps for beginners.

But then again it all doesnt really matter aslong as you start with one. s*** might be lit for you or not who knows. If you dont try you obviously wont know

might run either ds3 or sekiro then because ds3 is classic dark souls I assume and in sekiro u can be revived

DS3 is a bit faster paced than DS1 and 2 but same general gameplay. Playing thru it rn I can say the combat is the best of the 3 so far. And the levels are also really well designed. Could pass DS1 as my favorite of them

As an OG PS3 Demon's Souls player I'm so happy to see how far the Soulsborne games have come, this game really feels like a victory lap
