I’ve never played a fromsoft game this much at launch. I have over 800 hours in Bloodborne and I’m already at almost 400 in Elden Ring

  • Ds1 is a 8/10 Bloodborne and Sekiro are 10/10s

Would 100% be here for that.

Idk why people want a Bloodborne remake already when it still looks really good, all it needs is a next gen framerate patch to get it to 60 n smooth out some areas that cause framedrops like Old Yharnam

Besides that it doesnt need it, DS1 needs it way before anything else in the catalog.

The problem with 1 is the second half is way worse than the first, that’s a problem with the souls games in general, DeS—Ds3 and Elden Ring are all inconsistent in quality, i don’t feel that way about BB and Sekiro which is why i think those two are better

Elden Ring definitely holds up from start to finish, you’ll realize when you go back through it trust me

I played it 3 times, i think the game drags towards the end, it’s a little too long and the world is a little too big.

How is DS3 & Elden ring second half way worst than their first lol

Unless you mean balancing but that literally comes down to personal skill & your own build

  • After killing Morgott in Leyndell i think the game got way worse

Second half of Elden Ring is actually way better than the first half imo

Thats when the level design becomes really amazing & the bosses finally, imo, become challenging

And all the resolves of the questlines

Dark Souls 3 is actually the most consistent title out of all of them to me including Bloodborne

Yeah its more linear but i think that actually plays to its strength

Dark Souls 1 isn’t even as good as Bloodborne or Sekiro mfs talking about it’s their magnum opus lmaoooo. Absolutely not

Literally their most important game for a reason

    I didn't know he'd beg for mercy.

  • Actually i take that back, Ds3 is the exception, i didnt enjoy the final boss but tbh its a very consistent game as well. The second half isn’t worse there are some parts of the game i don’t like but it’s evenly distributed ig

Excuse u theres weapon arts n its obv the souls community doesnt like change

But on a serious note the quality is probably at its peak the whole way through than any other title

N i like the Dark Souls 3 philosophy of the world bending in on itself & self destructing where the literal kingdoms n continents of DS1 n DS2 are smashing into one another because the current position of power & structure has been in olace for way too long. It also explains some the retreading (although the retreads are more expansive) along with the new. Its a great climax point of the Dark souls general idea, & Ringed city puts the bow on it n hammers the point one last time.

Its a good sequel & is polished to a high degree.

Bloodborne would be undisputed if it wasnt for Micolash.

One of the worst bosses in the entire soulsverse. Game is almost flawless otherwise.

And Sekiro for me gets tiring with all the multiple phases almost every boss n mini boss has, which only keeps getting stretched as the game goes on. Plus its basic story doesnt help either. N some of the backtracking but thats more of a nitpick.

Feel like the game is really short tbh. At least if you stick to the main story. I’d say you could beat this regularly as a first time play through in 15-30 hours. All the optional dungeons n bosses really bring the time up which I think is really great design

I prefer the way Sekiro tells its story over the souls games tbh

They equal to me. The beginning is very boring now since you dont really have any insentive to do all the mini dungeons since you wont find good crafting materials anyways. Once you get your equipment and some ash of war the game is at its peak for me all the way till the end

  • It’s cool cause the game let’s you choose how invested you wanna be, you can look for more story in Sekiro by doing it the souls way and reading item descriptions etc but if you’re not tryna do all that you also get to experience the story

Yeah lmao but then u n everyome started upgrading vigor n using more tools

Azula, Leyndell, Haligtree & Mountaintops & the entire unlocked underground some of their best areas ever in the entire Soulsverse and thats all 2nd half

Fire Giant, Dragonlord, Melenia, Melekith, Godfrey, Morgott & Radagon are all amazing n imo 3 of them are top TEN of the entire soulsverse and thats all second half

I dont get it at all, the first half of the game I was mostly on autopilot n but the second half shook me the f*** up 💀💀
