I had to repec from Arcane Eleonora‘s Poleblade was making this game too f***ing easy. One weapon art is all it takes to proc bleed AND stagger the enemy

Yup this is how I feel about the DS trilogy too. Every one of FS’s games shine in different ways.
BB is so concise and hits every beat perfectly, and the fact that it was their first game exploring an entirely different aesthetic from medieval fantasy and they f***ing nailed it?? Insane.
Like @Warriox said it’s the best “dark souls” game to me. BB might still be my favorite too just because it’s so precise in its design, it never exceeds it’s reach and misses which I think ER might be guilty of in some cases but ER is still a masterpiece IMO.

1. Beat Radahn (was pretty easy)
2. Beat Astela (pretty hard)
3. Fought and beat two Valiant Gargoyles at the same time (pretty hard)
4. Discovered Nokron, Eternal City
5. Discovered Deeprot Depths
6. Discovered Lake Rot
7. Reached level 100
