Nah in the tower in Caelid he definitely can one shot you. I don’t remember what my vigor was at the time but it wasn’t low. And I looked up to see if it happened to others and it does.

if your vigor is under 30 then its too low

It was after Radahn when I fought him so it was over 40.

Yeah 30s range is the minimum, 40s is the sweet spot and 50s is really good. 60 is the soft cap & 80 is the hard cap.

Ignoring Vigor is a mistake a lot of people are doing. Your health gains are bigger than your dmg gains too so you cant even outpace it as a "glasscannon" in ER compared to the other FS games.
