You have to equip it and then use a rune arc item.

Those runes you lost will eventually be spare change u got this king keep gloing up, nokron is an amazing area

yeah you got a lot still if youre trying to do all areas

most people finish the game at low 100s to lvl 130s, some into the 160s/170s

theres more underground areas too
