that's exactly what it is, animation quality and complexity is nowhere near the level of fidelity they achieved with the graphics since they used the same skeleton of the OG. it creates a weird dissonance where the game still technically looks beautiful but just feels off overall

as amazing of a job they did with crafting the open world their level design still shines brightest with smaller areas, as proven again and again in Elden ring with the legacy dungeons. rlly hope they will continue making games with smaller scopes from time to time but money talks at the end of the day i feel like their team has earned a blank cheque to create whatever they want at this point tho, if bandai doesnt want to pony up then im sure someone else will

IMO oleds are the best of the best, lg and Sony make great ones so any of their models released in the past 2-3 years would be incredible. if you care about hdmi 2.1 then just double check that the tv you want will have it
