Thats kinda what im tryna say, for its time I’m sure it was good but FromSoft has come such a long way from that game; you can see visible improvements in boss encounters and level design that I’m convinced its just the nostalgia factor talking when people mention this game. The graphics in the remake and the QoL improvements were nice but you can very much tell that this was FromSofts first souls game even when playing the remake
