i completed the entire game without really using them at all you aren't missing much

the extra health is nice if you need it to inch out a boss fight, some of the other ones have cool effects but not necessary

Finally beat Godrick holy f*** that felt great. Been trying since last night and finally did it. Didn’t even that lady’s help lol just used jellyfish summon

it helps early for boss fights but i never found them worth the hassle especially since you lose the benefits when you die

tradeoff wasn't worth it for me to go constantly buying or finding rune arcs i'd rather just keep souls to level up

i’m at 61 hours lvl 80 no grinding either. honestly if you’re not getting at least a level every hour, wtf you doing?

You get a rune arc every time you defeat a boss in co op. I’ve got like 20 rune arcs so I started using them

Most world n dungeon bosses atm dont give me enough to level up n the highest runes i pick up so far only go up to 7k

Fallingstar is a b**** tho i died 4 times so far with only once getting to its 2nd phase, think i might head to the capital n come back later since this is all seemingly optional n it hits crazy hard rn

I also chose samurai. I'm currently using a double sword with both hands
