what does small golden effigy do? how is it different to tarnished furled finger?

edit, i think tarnished furled summons u to a specific place where u use it, wherease small golden effigy makes u summonable to anywhere on the map? im not sure.

got godrick & renalla down, almost finished rounding up liurnia, caelid next? do the stats cap at 25? trying a dex/faith build not sure if I should up my dex some more past 25
