Nightrider Flail has C scaling with Dex and requires 24 dex, causes blood buildup.

Only high dex weapon I’ve found so far. So I’ve been sticking with the Lordsworn swag sword with the bloody slash ash of war.

Got it to plus 5 and it’s killing everything in the area. Sucks that you can put a magic ash on it. Guess that’s only for regular weapons not unique ones.
