Are you trying to roll right after being knocked over? Because there is an intentional delay in that case

If you just mean rolling from a regular position then yeah idk maybe reset your controller and try updating it

No, but I am trying to roll after being hit and sometimes my character literally won’t move and i’ll get hit again and die. Happened to me with Godrick like 10 times now. I just found a few posts on reddit so I’m definitely not the only one. I feel like i’m playing DS2 with pretty graphics and new mechanics. I hope they fix whatever this slow combat f***ing bullshit is, it’s fine on most bosses and in the world itself but against these extremely fast, delay swinging mfs? No chance, it’s literally impossible for me to deal with them

I think it’s intentional, it makes it more important to not get hit the first time so you don’t get combo’d before you can move

There’s def a slight delay in the rolling and jumping. I think it’s done on purpose to prevent spamming, Sekiro was the same way

It’s because you have to finish whatever animation you’re doing. That’s why I limit my attack combo because even if I get my hits in I won’t be able to roll.

Sekiro's port was but apparently they had Activision on that. Japanese devs just don't give a s*** about PC I guess cause consoles are way more popular over there. A lot of FF games had this problem too.
