PC fam, I kept getting agonising framerates and black squares flickering all over the image, even at low settings, UNTIL I did this:

Now I can play it on high at 60fps, turns out Windows automatically uses your integrated graphics card as opposed to your dedicated graphics card, you've got to change the default

Also yes PC genuinely does have noticeable stuttering, it seems like something that'd be pretty easy to fix in an update, and either way FromSoft fans are dedicated maniacs who will probably find a way to mod it out if From don't so it themselves
