SRS is a masterpiece and there’s no need to compete this and that, it stands on its own and it’s not an extension of it. The sound is a lot heavier, experimental, and hazy and i think it all works. Feel like a lot of people aren’t really giving it a serious shot as a stand-alone project and letting it sink in with repeated listens

this is some of his most psychedelic production imo, you can hear the thick smoke in the booth lol. Not in a claustrophobic, solipsistic way like on IDLS tho, there's also something breezy in there. IDLS was like, being high and indulging in feeling like s***, FOC is being high and feeling like s*** but still being on top of it and enjoying the high as well.
