one thing i like about the Dune movies is how you can't quite tell what's happening, it's like vague brutalist architecture in open space with shuttering shields and an explosion thrown on top

thats true but i feel like in any other time, when you're up against the avengers even if you were there first, you move out the way. but the two big marvel movies in 2026 are both gonna have slugfest battles with nolan and denis movies. (although nolan gets 2 weeks to himself, i think its eating away at spidermans PLFs? which is big)
