eat like 25-50mg to start with on empty stomach and don’t redose until 1hr30. the high is more in your body than in your head at that dose, your muscles will feel really relaxed. if u eat 100mg+ it’ll start getting psychedelic. eating a s*** ton can def be intense but lower-ish doses really good.
