very little memory from those days

gotta reduce pills and alcohol

im really needing the feeling of having a clear mind, if that makes any sense

I'm gone off benzos and anti-psychotics tho

I've gotten fat tho eating my feelings away

nothing like a bomb ass meal after popping pills

ngl if i wasnt in the gym i would prolly be fat from popping pills, benzos sometimes give me the biggest munchies, and would eat unhealthy stuff

bruh it aint even funny I need to drop a few pounds asap

i haven't tried billy kimber, but girl scout cookies is ridiculously potent faaack me

not only do they make you eat a lot but they ruin your metabolism too

that was the reason I got off quetiapine

the only way for me to lose weight rn is to eat more meals a day but with smaller portions of food.

That way I can feel full with eating less

but I'm a grown ass man, I cant live on salads and fruits ffs

are you on any antidepressant? bupropion is good for weight loss because it supresses hunger and it keeps you awake and alert. i know u a heavy smoker too, so it lowers nicotine cravings but it doesn't make cigarettes taste disgusting like other medicines like champix

nah but I do take a couple meds for epilepsy

I used to take meds that made cigs taste like benzene

and I havent seen my psychiatrist in awhile so next time I do I'll ask about weight loss pills and supplements

the relief when finding it
