if u don’t have anxiety normally you won’t really feel much. but if u have anxiety then it’s gonna be good, which means you gotta make sure to not abuse and get physically dependent. but yea .25mg is good to start with

SlothProb not the thread for this but I just gotta vent to strangers for a bit.
My brother (30) quit heroin for like 2 years, started making decent money, got married and everything was looking good for a moment.
About 6 months ago he thought it would be a good idea just to have a little heroin here and there and as you'd expect, it spiralled into him being addicted once again.
Now it's to the point he's pawning his possessions away, wife not sleeping in the same bed as him and has to have it to feel okay.
Now his wife is about to leave him and I fear he'll be dying soon. (He died and CPR revived him about 2 months ago but that's another story)
It's all around s***ty and sucks this is happening all around the world to millions(?) of families

gonna stop again tom cold turkey. will this reset everything so I start back at day 1 of withdrawals and feel hella s***ty again or since it’s just a one day thing will tom be more like day 4 of my current withdrawals?
