so i got a question regarding some bud i smoked out of a bong pack. after smoking it, a few minutes later everything became really intense and my thoughts started getting really weird and i was getting a very negative vibe about my surroundings its hard to explain. fast forwards about 15 minutes my heart is beating really fast and hard (pause) and i start thinking im gonna have a heart attack or something. i lay in bed to try and calm down and it keeps getting worse, eventually begging a family member to call an ambulance. im not sure what happened here if i smoked some laced bud, had an anxiety attack or just a bad high. ive never had an anxiety or panic attack in my life and im pretty sure i dont have anxiety like that but it does run in my family. what do yall think?

nah. in terms of favorable side effect profile it was the best out of all the anti depressants i've tried but it didn't work for me

nothing honestly. i'm slowly suspecting that my anxiety has superseded a mental disorder and now is a part of my personality. even on benzos i get anxious thoughts but no physical symptoms

my psychiatrist (with like 25+ years of clinical practice) likes prozac tho and that's his first go to. don't be put off from what I'm saying because AD's differ greatly from person to person
