It was a crime that DRAM had to remove the Super Mario sample from the streaming version

Never listened to Cha Cha so can’t speak on that but I remember how mad Kodak was at them using Broccoli without giving him credit

Rory discussing More Life made me sick too acting like he didn’t know what it was called but then gonna say how it sounded sonically like DRAM
Here's what im confused about:
The melody for Hotline Bling isnt original, it samples a Timmy Thomas song. So did Drake tell his producer to make a beat like Cha Cha or did they realize it sounded similar after they made the song?
Charge it to the game
You must've never made music or any type of creative work to say this.
Lemme post these here.
Rory to Dram: "I want you to get your flowers with so much of the melodic rap s*** that exists rn."
Wtf is bro even talking about.
Rory: "There are 3 or 4 songs on More Life that are Drake trying to remake Broccoli (a Dram song)."
Wtf is bro talking about? He's just making stuff up. He sucking d*** fr.
No way Rory actually listened to More Life with this take

nigga was d***sucking
dram killed his career with that name change now he tryna reignite it by switching back and attaching it to drake

What you expect me to say? If he stole the song 1:1 then I’d get his gripe, but the songs sound “loosely” similar, that’s about it. That’s a real slippery slope imo to start claiming compensation for. Why should Drake give him a credit if that’s not truly what happened? Because he’s upset Drake’s song blew up? Both songs were popular anyways
let me get this straight
drake did a song similar to dram's song and dram ran up on him wanting to beef about it instead of consulting a lawyer?

I don’t understand why you would ever change your name if you have any sort of buzz, but aren’t cemented yet.
It’s just begging for people to get confused, forget who you are, and lose interest.
