MTG did not exactly what it was supposed to.

Kendrick took complete control of the whole tone of the beef and grabbed everyone by the throat with it. People like to bring up that the daughter was fake (not 100% proven either) but it was never about the daughter, it was about the way it was written. Harrowing.

NLU was the darkest aspects of MTG repackaged in a more digestible way so the message got across fully, knowing everyone would probably be going nuts over the daughter s*** and overlooking the predator allegations.
