it also doesnt help that pnd has evolved absolute 0 times in his career. everyone already knows what to expect from him music wise so now adding drake to it isn't that exciting unless you've been a fan of that type of music initially

I see it like how someone else here said it - a palette cleanser, I like that he’s focused this project with party and Toronto.
The grandiose Drake solo will be something else to look forward to, and I’m glad he’s taking his time with it

Some of the people itt just like to yap. Most of the hate pnd gets is just redirected Drake hate, I doubt most of them actually listened to his albums in full

No because PND's music is a very niche and acquired taste. Drake's first project coming out of the beef did not need to be anything but rap based. Nobody wants an R&B project from him right now... Even his most die-hard fans. They just won't publicly admit it.

Well, whatever the case might be, that's the album we're getting. He dropped Honestly, Nevermind and no one wanted that either. He plans to drop the solo rap album after he's done with his lawsuit with UMG.
