If ya so tired of him using the same flow go to someone like Kendrick and listen to same verses over and over again, at least he can change the pitch in his voice

And every single situation is transactional
And every thing they sayin' is irrational
And every way they movin' is promotional
Everybody's actin' irreplacable, it's like they ain't disposable
My urges for revenge are uncontrollable

Jack did his thing but my question is what is his story? He’s a talented and ambitious guy for sure but why should we care about what he has to say? Hov was a business savvy d*** dealer, Em was a disturbed trailer park kid who was freakishly good at rapping, Ye was an arrogant ambitious producer who was a musical genius and happened to know how to rap. Drake was a child TV star from Canada that everyone doubted but his talent and hustle were undeniable.
What’s Jacks story? Other than him being a white rapper that wants to take over and be on the throne in hip-hop?

This feels wildly premature but okay:
Not every rapper has some crazy unique story and 'character'. A lot of rappers we call legends were just broke and/or liked to rap.
Nas' story? 3 Stacks' story? Pac's story? Biggie? Kendrick? J. Cole? Dre? Snoop?
Edit: or do you mean like literally what even was his life before he blew up? Cause idek other than he's from Kentucky and his parents own a sign store or something

All those rappers you named have good stories except Dre but his is with NWA so that helps make it more interesting

Unless Drake, Hov, Kanye, Wayne, Eminem all die in the same year Jack will never come close to the f***ing throne. He not even in the top 25 rapper out right now
Jesus yall lighting this nigga up
Jacks verse is decent excluding that grandpa line, shit just leaves a bad taste.
He could've flipped it into something cool but to just repeat the "pull a hundred grand out" and say he's not going to do it was just bad. That and repeating program with the same meaning was in poor taste / sloppy. I liked most of his verse, though
yeah but i gotta get the nigga back for that
There's a dude in my life who repeatedly f***ed me over years ago and Drake's revenge bars always bring that s*** up in me
gotta get him back for that it's not even debatable
No parental guidance I’ve just seen divorce

Jack had a hobby, was good at it, blew up and now its his job. Its just simple. What if someone at your work asked you what your story is, so you have a permission to be there.
A good background story for an artist often helps with interesting songs and interesting perspectives, but every person in the world has their own story, their own problems and experiences and you will never know how somebody else feels.
And besides that, not every Song has to be deep, just enjoy the music. Jack isn't my favorite artist either but he has some few bangers and he knows and pays homage to the rapscene
Wah-Pshh
This makes me think drake has seen those meme videos where ppl have him rapping over goofy-ass beats as a joke

I feel like you could have a course just studying Drake's bars for a whole quarter. Need to keep listening and examining what he's saying
Also, sidenote, but this man really has the midas touch. There's something about his cadence, flow, pacing, and bars that puts him in a separate space from anyone else
