I have to listen to CLB more, but I think a lot of these songs hit harder with me on first listen. Mostly ones on the back half. Just tighter and more focused. Kanye is more ambitious in what he is trying to do, and it's a much bigger album. That has taken time for me to figure out what I like or don't like. CLB seems fairly obvious. The kicker is that even the shakier songs on DONDA have some great moments. The worst songs on CLB I can probably do without.
