AvalancheI hope people go back and realise if you remove the gimmicks, the critic bait concepts, the alien voices, the skits etc. and if you just look at the guy's discography lyrically you would realize what people like Lupe Fiasco have said: Kendrick is an incredibly overrated lyricist and rapper. Drake out raps him and is a way better lyricist and writer then him and has way more quotable lines.

idk about that last sentence but over many years of listening to kendrick's discog and a***yzing his lyrics... i mean, this isnt entirely farfetched. drake's jokes were funny as hell in this track but i dont ever really see this nigga kendrick writing quintuple entendres or really having s tier lyricism on some black thought or doom or earl s***. ive been too afraid to post this tbh because i dont wanna burn bridges w my niggas on here
