as for these suits, idk what his thought process is. i would love to be a fly on the wall of his meetings about this. u know he is calculated and has a huge team. idk what theyre thinking - if it is actually to recoup lost monetary value, if it's to expose kendrick for using bots, or he wants to file a suit because filing for defamation shows his innocence - but i'm very curious.
I'm very curious too. My only theory is this is a move to get out of his deal, don't really see any benefit otherwise. Nobody cares if Kendrick used bots because the public assumes all major artists use bots and stream farms, including Drake
Plus, Not Like Us is a smash hit. You couldn't go outside without hearing it. It still gets a huge pop at concerts. He didn't win because the song has x amount of streams he won because the public loved the song
