which drake song is referenced in the lawsuit?
You think he doing this if his song didn’t blow up?
while im here and getting some attention,
can someone explain quantitatively why drake is bad for rap / hip hop? hearing a lot about it but cant get no actual explanation other than some posters personal opinion
what objective can you measure this by? because I think he's been good commercially but bad culturally.
Over the past 24 hours Drake
Anything else

what about the culture has changed negatively due to drake? genuinely curious btw, im not trying to start some rando argument
i dont see that anywhere in the suit, actually i see quite the opposite, iirc there is wording that he explicitly isnt upset about the beef and is more upset at the way umg handled its business practices
Handled what song?
Over the past 24 hours Drake
Anything else
I have no idea whats happening and its obvious its possible drake is just doing this on some trump election stealing vibe.
But it’s not impossible that UMG would bot a track that would impact his sales and use it to leverage saving hundreds of millions in a deal.
Not taking an opinion either way js its not impossible
Thought you said its not possible -_-
Handled what song?
i never said a specific song, i said business practices

I very much believe those songs were released in retaliation of his label.

Personally I think he’s been okay for hiphop up until he started partnering with stake and pushing gambling on young folks

yeah i dont love the stake s*** either, been a low point of drake imo
I feel like if that suitcase was actually planted he woulda been way more explicit at showing everybody. Should have been a easy dunk on kendrick
Yah that's why it's pretty obvious Drake didn't plant anything. More than likely he left that s*** behind at the hotel and Ebony Prince took it from lost and found and sent the pics to Kendrick's camp attempting to sell it to him
You think he doing this if his song didn’t blow up?
you should care that he did it, not that he 'wouldnt have done it' theoreticals
@sab why ain’t this locked yet

what question?
I don’t! What happened there?
Tried to lie about sales to devalue how much they were gonna buy him out for
even if his intentions arent 'pure' we might be witnessing an important precedent here. you should stop looking at this through beef optics
Ain’t that what this thread is nigga read the room
GNX OUT NOW
I didn’t really think this was gonna be the end of Drakes run on top but it really is.
He’s gonna be around obviously but not the most popular and wanted feat artist as he once was.
"I didn’t really think this was gonna be the end of Drakes run on top but it really is".

are you happy with the state of rap?
