People said the same about him drinking lean and going back to Toronto for Take Care. His music isn’t like Kendrick’s where you can make it just from sitting alone in a hotel room. You need to actually live to make and enjoy Drake’s music and it has an alive atmosphere to it that only he knows how to tap into

I love the story arc of where Drakes at. He could either drop a crazy comeback that has the world wonder why they ever questioned him or sort of just coast from now on Iike those Dave Chapelle specials where he just sits down and rides gambling promo into the sunset

he always starts these roll outs too early and they end up feeling back to front. obviously it doesn't matter in the end, hype and a moment will coalesce regardless but why are u doing livestreams and singles before you've even had the main album sessions

sucks when you have a release ready album in october but your plans are ruined by the biggest artist in the world…. hard to juggle artistic timing and fanservice while needing highest sales possible as contract leverage
