If I were him I would have made some Hotling Bling ass hits and eventually people would have moved on. He's chosen to do random goofy s*** until people start laughing with him instead of at him (which might never happen, but he's trying). That is unless you firmly believe a Toronto remix of "Hey There Delilah" produced by a man with 20 #1 hits is supposed to be taken seriously
I don’t think 90% of drakes music is to be taken “seriously” so I really don’t understand this sentiment
But if the plan is to have people laugh with you it’s clearly not working
Kendrick album definitely going to be about how conflicted he is about being in a battle and how it impacted his psyche and relationship with god
This a classic Drake troll track
I don’t know if now is exactly the best time for to troll though
I think its grown in all provinces, but BC is the most potent
Definitely visit
Yea bro. Went to Canada lot as a kid but went first time as adult last year (Toronto, PEC, Montreal), f***ing loved it
Kendrick album definitely going to be about how conflicted he is about being in a battle and how it impacted his psyche and relationship with god
Nah we getting hits
Although I’m sure he might reference it
I don’t know if now is exactly the best time for to troll though
He can't base the rest of his career off of how Kendrick fans will feel about it

Of course it's not working but that was the intention.
And by "seriously" I mean "this is silly but it's an actual song intended for radio" not "this is a Soundcloud parody with some random TikTok user." Way 2 Sexy is a perfect example of the former

Yall stay thinking Kendrick this holier than thou dude and he proves time & time again he’s a sicko on that mic
Kendrick's album is going to be about how conflicted he is after he killed a canadian boy and made him a fake jamacan man.

or he saw the tiktok on his tl, laughed at it, and wanted to drop a verse on it cause he thought it was funny
nah everything has to be a chess move in order to protect his image and gain "victories" by the hip hop historians, right
Yall stay thinking Kendrick this holier than thou dude and he proves time & time again he’s a sicko on that mic
Im not talking about his personality as much as the pattern of his albums with that post. Pretty much all his albums have a deep internal conflict to them which isn’t bad just predictable. So I could see him going into his internal struggles modern day with the backdrop of the beef on a couple songs and how it was conflicting for him and maybe when he has some kind of regret. Just always seems to be how he makes albums
I'm sure someone said it already but its actually very obvious what Drake is doing... he's reaffirming his love for Toronto. You need a certain IQ to understand this move though, and clearly most people itt don't.
Kendrick won the beef and he can walk away from it with permanent bragging rights, but Drake can definitely bounce back. I don’t think this approach he’s doing post beef is the right one though. The best thing he could do is be mysterious for a second and go work on some music that resonates with people fr, not meme music like this.
I agree, Zero doubt in my mind Drake could bounce back
But he’s in a very very rough spot rn. People are looking at him different and any s*** he does that ain’t good will get clowned to death. If he comes back with some trash it’ll get memed like The Big Day which absolutely could effect his career
Miyute, don't be movin' tough
'Cause I will call your Scarborough bluff
Like Tarzan, I am always on the Jane

IM ON YOUR BLOCK LIKE WHERE YOU AT... MY KICKS ARE WET FROM TRAPPING IN THE RAIN... DONT WALK IN THE BIKER LANE YOUR GONNA CATCH A DEFAZZ TO THA BRAAAAAAIIINN
I don’t know if now is exactly the best time for to troll though
This Wesley angle was the s*** I expected

He will brag about it if anything, watch

Doubt he faced any conflicts. We’re called by God to put on our armor and take a stand against evil

lines are a little too tuff
