Crazy how he has a chance to win artist of decade B2B insane run

These stats are of course a testament to how much Drake can effortlessly tap into the people after all this time. It also speaks to how lacking these new mainstream esque rappers are. Imagine if Wayne Kanye and Em just kept running s*** the whole 2010s decade and nobody existed who could viably come for the crown the way Drake did?

S*** is sad these lil new niggas getting embarrassed by Champagne Unc and bro been doing this s*** since almost two whole generations lmao

One thing a lot of people forget in comparison to those other artists is that Drake barely does promo. He doesn't push his singles as strong as the typical pop artists, doesn't do remixes, different versions and straight up radio bait music.

He makes the music he wants to do with people he chose and still puts up those numbers

While this is true and very impressive, AND drake was actually doing big numbers right before streaming took over the fact is Drake is a superstar during the social Media and internet age. So he doesn’t really have to promote music in the same way as the above mentioned legends did because as long as you have a name as big as his anything he drops will be heavily promoted by nature….

But the fact remains DRIZZY THE 🐐

I was referring more to the current competition (The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran). But in comparison to the legends I agree with you
