I honestly can’t remember. I think I went clean for several months until I knew in my mind that I was okay. I was also very depressed at the time.

Looking back my heavy use correlated with my mental health. Once I wasn’t in a bad place, I was able to do it once daily or a few times a week, but the difference was I wasn’t counting on it to be my ‘happiness’ for the day and if I didn’t do it, it didn’t bother me.

The vapes suck for sure, get rid of it IMO. Even if it’s for your general health. Those things are not well regulated. But yeah the instantaneous reward and ease of access just exasperates the addiction part for people like us. I’m really lucky that i was struggling with it before the oil carts got popular.
