I think you'll now need to travel to the Rays Lucaria Academy in central limegrave (a bit to the west I believe). You will want to go to carian manor as well. After carian manor head to the west of raya Lucaria gate to fight smaurag or whatever the magic dragon (you will die). After you die and eventually beat him (hint use torrent) you can take the key by his nest to open the gate I think (hint you can also skip fighting the dragon and sneakily take the key to the gate to raya lucaria if you wanna be a. P**** and skip fight lol).
