he has an instagram page with almost 150m followers and the first image is that cover - i can see the logic of someone as private as whitney not wanting that cover to be the very first image people see when they open his page, lol
i think there is a relationship there (not implying anything serious here, likely strictly friendly) and drake wants to maintain that, even if it's just a small gesture to ensure some continued neutrality
