If you’re looking into potentially picking up new hobbies to keep yourself focused, I love working out and keep a google spreadsheet full of workouts on a monthly basis and they are programmed as a “one size fits all” style. Let me know if that would be something that interests you. The gym has helped me stay focused even in the toughest times…

Also there’s a ton of variation for these workouts. Like you could do most of this with like a simple dumbbell and a training band if that’s all you had.
