It doesn't help either when we got Kenny fans adding fuel to the fire.

They wanted the elimination of Drake and when that wasn't the case it's his songs have to do numbers. Not only his songs but his features as well. Completely ignoring the fact Kendrick still not doing features for any other artists.

Why didn't the Drake stimulus work on Drake? Because Drake fans have all the other non-beef songs to listen to. Kendrick fans have wanted this type of music from Kendrick in a really long time. Mr. Morale just wasn't it.

Most Drake fans listened to the diss songs said "that's cool" and went back to listening to Virginia Beach. Kendrick fans finally got new music and it wasn't about Kendrick's trauma. So of course it's going to get a bunch of plays. The music is also about dissing Drake. Which helped significantly.

People wanna say it's embarrassing for Drake he got beat numbers wise but when Kendrick got the most people listening to his music probably ever. Most of those people didn't stick around because they listened to his discography and didn't like it.

Kendrick fans are in this thread because they just wanna say everything Drake has dropped was a flop. It doesn't matter what Kendrick drops at this point because Kendrick fans are going to say it's the greatest thing ever.

Just checked and we got 53 minutes of New Official Drake in 2024
