ICEMAN40Just got promoted to team lead. So my client workload has dwindled to essentially nil. I oversee everyone and business is going well so I really work about 3-4 hours a day depending on how many calls I have.
how quickly did you find a new job after you quit your old one? i still gotta quit

It took about 2 months of searching and then two weeks of interview process, etc. I could’ve taken some other jobs with a pay cut and it would’ve only taken a week or two but I decided to tough it out.
