Do you guys still want him to diss Dot on the upcoming project? I don’t think this beef is over. Although the moment has passed, we all know the boy can come back from this and dead this narrative if Dot winning.

drake will keep sending subs and maybe some direct shots but kendrick will never respond to any of it similar to pusha t. because both kendrick and pusha have nothing to gain anymore they came out of the beefs with a "win"

none of them beat drake as a rapper and artist with lyrics and tracks but it's still a "win"

still very funny to me how drake was calling out pusha t on meltdown

these losses gotta sting for him because deep down he knows these other rappers are not better than him in anyway. they just won the beef against him because of optics

look, it's inevitable that they will send subs towards each other for the next few years. the music will still be good and that's what matters at the end of the day

but i doubt he'll ever go as hard as he did on these recent disstracks

We all see it too, every time I read a post about Kendrick "winning" I can't take it serious. Kendrick did not have a major victory, dude spammed Twitter bars.

I get you - but the audience reaction to Not Like Us is too strong. That's why I'm chalking this up as an L even if it's debatable

Whatever he does, he needs to get the people talking. I hate the narrative of Kendrick winning. I understand that the moment has passed, but this battle isn't finished.

But even then it’s like certain people are pushing it like they just want to see this man fail it seems like it was never about a battle

what he needs is to clean his act man.

your disstrack cannot f***ing leak as some unfinished demo that tons of youtubers record reactions for - awful rollout for pushups, full stop.

if you do an AI song like taylormade, why not make sure you are set legally at least? i still like the track and think the beat is underrated, but the situation around it was messy as hell

why the f*** are you giving kendrick time to write and record music? his team knew that all they needed to win was the internet and not some f***ing streamers like ak, kai, adin or whoever that aren't even really f***ing with you like that

the war continues, but he lost this battle in terms of perception (i still think that when you evaluate it as classic rapbattle, his bars are unmatched) and a big reason is him thinking his confidence is enough to win.

get the "moles" out. stop letting legacy rap media f*** with your head. and understand that you have to go for the killshot asap with undeniable evidence, not this wishy-washy s*** situation we have rn

The audience reaction to NLU is so strong that receipts could drop on Drake's claims and it'd still feel like an L outchea.

good. should’ve been doing this all of April

need this next body of work so strong, man. I need Hours in Silence, Too Much, Is There More, Race My Mind, I Guess Its F*** Me, Away From Home, Stories about My Brother, Drew a Picasso, Deep Pockets Drake. Keep majority of the production in house, get back to creating moments with 40. I know he can do it, he just hasnt had to do it the last few years

Exactly. There were so many little things like Push Ups getting leaked, Taylormade being removed, and giving Kendrick too much time that really costed him. Plus the “on the loose” lyric had many thinking that he was locked and loaded and prepared to go the distance with Kendrick. We all knew Dot was going to use Twitter arguments and include something about minors in his diss, so I expected him to have a better rebuttal to it on THP6.

    yep

look, i won't blast him for doing the stake/gambling s*** - but this s*** really feels like he was gambling as well

THP6 is frustrating because that beat f***ing goes and some of the bars on there are incredible but it's all somewhat brought down by just handling the accusations not smart enough

this beef has shown to me that drake is that guy - that kendrick can be beaten, but his cockiness and multiple strategic mistakes cost him this W. you looked unprepared for a moment you supposedly waited a decade for, lol

anyway, i'm repeating myself, but the upside is that whatever he puts out next in terms of projects is exciting as hell since he prob has to go with the jay-z blueprint 2 playbook
