That would have ruined the surprise for whoever was coming. Fans should have just been patient and shouldn't have jumped to the conclusion that Frank Ocean would be coming out because that was based on nothing.

frank was never on the bill, tyler should have spoken up once the rumors started spreading but he knew that attendance to his event would peak with the assumption that frank would be the headliner
