CLB ASCIs 2017 pre streaming?

do you think clb would chart 9/10 pre-streaming?
The flip side of this argument that almost nobody will acknowledge is that the front-half of Drake's first decade got robbed by not being in the streaming era. All those #2s that would've been #1s, all the extra Top 10s he should've had from NWTS / TC / TML debuts, etc.
But everyone is just going to use the Glass Half Empty side of that story and say he only does well now that the numbers are calculated to be more heavily weighted with what people are actually actively choosing to listen to. Doesn't make much sense
