He pushed back those two dates for strictly logistical reasons.
The Memphis show hasn't sold out yet. There are still a couple thousand tickets not yet sold and doing 1 show in Columbus on July 1 and then having to wait 4 days to perform again made little sense so he moved that as well.
The current schedule has him doing a minimum of 2 shows per city so that works better logistically.
If he moved the shows to drop the album then why say absolutely nothing about the album? He didn't even say anything about moving the shows, he just did lmao.

He didn't. He hasn't even officially acknowledged the album title on IG by like reposting it or something. That's partly why the hype for the album online died so quickly.
No one thinks it's dropping today and rightfully so because Drake hasn't said/done anything to suggest that it is.
