We shall see. You would think he would announce an official date over f***ing four minute trailer, but yeah we will wait for the cover art.
6/30 confirmed, cover is out as well
idk why everyone think it cant drop dont mean uzi and drake have beef if it does. it would be great for hip hop though
His insta post just says album coming soon doesn’t say June 30.
Edit:nvm I saw his website… s***s lame

I've seen the website like the rest of the thread. Uzi did not confirm it himself, though. I assume you know that some websites run on a timer where they will update based on what is set to be coming. While the Pink Tape is meant to drop on the 30th, Uzi did not confirm it himself. Any other artist would have said "Album coming this Friday" rather than "Album coming soon"
He's not doing as good as he used to. Taylor is.
His last solo release he sold 600K + first week if I remember correctly lol.
Drake dropping July 7th, I don’t think he’s viewing Taylor as real competition since that’s just a re-release and not a brand new album
Red re-release did 500k and she’s got more juice now than then. The tour has made her fans more engaged.
desperate for an album and exposing themselves hating for no damn reason
like duh i want a new drake album as much as the other person but he’s been feeding us lately, let uzi have his moment too bro
Just relax
😂 ITS LITERALLY MONDAY
Uzi, Travis, Drake & possibly another artist are dropping this Friday. Got a feeling.
Delusional about what? She's going to 'fan-pack' the s*** out of that album and move hundreds of thousands of units, even on a re-release. Drake has made a lot of choices to demonstrate that he's not desperate for album sales, but he's very obviously not going to self-sabotage by intentionally going up against Taylor when the weeks before and after are much cleaner paths to #1. Are you daft?
Outside of her fanbase, that album isn’t gonna really make any noise though. Drake isn’t utterly consumed by first week numbers, he just wants to make the most impact.
A brand new Drake album might sell less first week that a Taylor re-release, but it would definitely dominate the conversation, especially with his tour starting the same week.
Also, for someone who’s as competitive as Drake is, what bigger competition is there than arguably the biggest artist on the planet?
boring ass anime s***.

yea its weird that he said coming soon but still i have no doubts that it will in fact drop this friday
seems similar to eternal atake rollout where uzi just dropped the EA trailer like two days b4 the actual album, he’s never been a long rollout guy tbf

Doesn't matter. Two hip-hop greats can drop on the same day. Remember 2018 when Mac & Travis dropped on the same day. I feel like Drake (under other circumstances) would not have dropped the same day as Uzi but the Thug release pushed him back and he has a deadline to drop the album before tour.

Honestly, nevermind sold like 220k

Drake has never been the type of artist to overshadow his friends though. He wouldn’t bring someone out on multiple shows over the course of six months and then willingly take a s*** on their release day
