Yea haven't heard it before but idk if he'd give the Khaled song to someone else to play like that
something is abrewing
Could just be him playing that snippet over that short vid

Nah Joe Kay played it
whole album sounds better after the mixing fix
all the parties even sounds better to me
to me 2020-2023 drake is as good as 2013-2015 drake
and in terms of r&b he has made his best music of his career in the last 3 years
real. the projects are a bit long so there's misses but the top songs are the best in his discog.
Liability, Champagne Poetry, Not You Too, Race My Mind, Polar Opposites, FPS, Slime You Out... sheesh

I'm mangled off the herb listening to this rn. ascending reality for a few minutes
drake lost all of his confidence after story of adidon fr
He sounded so unconfident on Her Loss and Fatd

Unconfident rapper
Let's keep it a buck this is top tier drake recency bias or not
"Far as the drake era mn we in the golden ages"
He wasn't lying
The 2020s run means something to me man
drake lost all of his confidence after story of adidon fr
Even though I prefer the older Drake albums for the most part, he definitely sounded more insecure from TML to Views, then after that
This confidence conversation is actually interesting and highly debatable
On one level it feels like the boy has grown into the man, he definitely has a confidence and swag that he didnât have when he was first breaking through
ButâŚ
I do think you can argue that this recent thing of packing albums with as many songs and big features that fit feels like heâs a little bit unsure of himself and feels like he needs the cheat codes rather than straight up making the best hits
Itâs easier to get Bunny and Sexy red on records than to make another HOWGH or even Gods Plan level record and it feels like maybe he doesnât know if he can do that anymore
He sounded so unconfident on Her Loss and Fatd
we must have listened to different Her Losses
polar opposites is coo but yall forcing it.
Liability and I Guess Itâs F Me were much better r&b closers

All three are goated

Hate how many songs and big feats Her Loss and Hnvm had

Thatâs crazy when TOPSZN era existed.
Hate how many songs and big feats Her Loss and Hnvm had
Yeah I wish he stuck to that trajectory
But the bounce back to FATD makes it feel like those were just side projects and the real drake albums are CLB and FATD
HNVM obviously a classic and had more of that confidence
I wish he made this album a similar length
