Usually with drake albums recently it’ll fall out of rotation and I’m left thinking it’s bad or decent, then I return and I think it’s a lot better. Let’s see if this one follows the same trajectory because I have no desire to listen to most of this anymore
All the parties is such an incredible song
the beat change + second half omg
Complete waste of a hit man… if drake kept that flow going for a whole song.. omg
I agree and it’s the same way I feel about his flow on Desires
It’s hard to sift through who is really critiquing the album vs who is just throwing shade out of spite and jealousy. That’s the disconnect over the past three weeks or so lol.
This is it! People’s take on this album is irrelevant to me! I like what I’m listening to. It’s a drake experience with a unique presentation, there’s reasoning behind the sequence. I feel like people are stupid to not see why it’s sequenced the way it was.
The hate for this album is basically old niggas refusing to admit their ears are washed and they can no longer keep up

Why is it sequenced the way it is?
Virginia Beach influencing medical schools, sheesh.

That’s what I thought
if you really want me to explain the whole damn narrative of the album so your unimaginative self can understand....
All the album starts with a forlorn yet triumphant vibe with Virginia Beach and Amen. Calling For You through IDGAF is him being a jaded lover, still very much a "dog" himself. When he hits the second part (7926 through Tried Our Best) he is obviously hurting over his past relationships and wondering why there is something wrong with him.
Drew A Picasso through All The Parties is him going back to his toxic self in order to protect his own ego and his feelings.
8am through the last song is kind of the credits of the album where he's reflecting on his past and finally accepting of where his relationships have came
Polar Opposites is him ultimately reflecting.
THERE YOU F***ING BOZO
THINK FOR YOURSELF
I can't believe i just had to explain this album to this man, this s*** is so easy to understand, it's not f***ing Shakespeare but I know you always wanna play right?
verse on gently completely takes me out
jheezzz
