Blocked me on everything
I don’t know why
thinkin bout this pill I took, pillow talkin
shorty rinsin Dillon Brooks,
cant believe this n**** talkin, damn :
what did he do lol
In this 6ix side town, a dead end world
East End boys and West End girls, yeah
East End boys and West End girls, ayy
90 minutes long
23 tracks
for me the big problem is his singing and the amount of singing. This was the same problem as HNVM had. I don't dislike his singing, for example the 2nd half of Hours In Silence is one of my most played songs but man the singing is not it. Hes not the weeknd or ariana grande he has no range or anything
every song is either women aint s*** or girl how could you treat me like this. The misogyny or whatever doesn't bother me (again Her Loss was great), this just seems different. Like why is he dissing Rihanna saying all of this now when he was with Bron talking about how he pictured this life with her lol it's weird
this whole era is weird. why is he partnered with Stake, why is he wearing nail polish, why is he hanging with 20 yr old steamers, why is he watching hentai, why is yatchy so involved lol such odd behaviour for a 36 yr old man
again not the content and not saying every song is bad but the lyrics are weak and this is far away from his best work.
not expecting another TC or NWTS but there isn't much evolution in a while
You 100% right. This def ain’t the Drake of a couple years ago, not saying it’s a bad thing but it’s just not really him lol. It’s weird, but I enjoy the music regardless. I really wish when he winds down though he does give his rap fanbase a rap heavy project w only like 13-14 tracks max. Prob a pipe dream but a man can dream lmao
If 23 tracks is too much then consider this as two great 11-track drake albums separated by screw the world interlude
First 5 tracks not it, weird the first good song had cole in it
first listen?
I wish this long ass album s*** would die. Streaming has ruined the way we consume music.
Whole gang f***ed her they

And unfortunately even after the dust settles, I think this ends up in the lower half of his discog for sure.
Yea, might grow on me but idk rn
first listen was absolutely terrible i feel you
it’s grown on me a lot

I think it’s his best album since views

To each their own, I think he was rapping better on Views debatably (outside of 8AM) & the pop tracks on Views smash anything on FATD. Like I enjoy the music but Drake plays it so safe sometimes.
Scorpion?
I love scorpion but Im pretty sure I prefer FATD

I prefer views hence I’m saying best since views
The dog theme is woven throughout the album very well
I prefer views hence I’m saying best since views
Got you lol read it wrong. Yeah in retrospect I do miss that 2016-2018 run he had before we got where we are now. CLB was mid, HMVM was good for what it is & I enjoyed Her Loss but it just feels like a few years ago I was more excited for his projects releasing.

I really like her loss too.
Her loss and FATD is a top tier drake era if we can include them together. So good
