Damn this really might have way more of a classic vibe than Adonis's cover
They would have clowned it as well.
Itâs weird though because I see people saying this, but Iâm one of the oldest people on here and I feel like I got most of what I wanted
I think the highs on this album are very high. The R&B tracks are fantastic, and a few (especially Members Only) feel like some Old Drake stuff. When you really sit down and listen to a lot of the more "banger" songs, they have less substance than most other Drake bangers. These just don't feel like they got it like any others.
What songs would you want music videos shot for?
I'd like some visuals to go with Bahamas Promises, Tried Our Best, Picasso, and Away From Home.
First Person Shooter, All the Parties, Rich Baby Daddies

Much more fitting yes

well yeah any cover would get clowned but this more fitting of the album

has Drake ever had a video for an intro? I can't seem to remember one, but I would like to see what a great director would do with Virginia Beach, something different

Interesting. I guess I havenât really loved most drake bangers anyway I like the other stuff. Most of the bangers from 2016-2020 was just variations of âthey put money on my head, thatâs not enough bread, tryna come at my head top, chubbs bring you to a dead stopâ I wasnât getting substance
I like how these songs feel produced and more structured and ambitious
Only thing I'll ask of Drake after this album is that he really does take a break from music. Starve the game. Don't drop any music for at least a year, preferably two years. Let them see what the landscape looks like without you in it.
He can give his creative energy to other more fulfilling things. He's done more than enough for the game anyways.
saw some s*** about how dude's a victim of his own success and doesn't have any real competition leading him to his own complacency.... p convincing tbh

Don't think so, but it would be cool to see Virginia Beach for sure.
First Person Shooter, All the Parties, Rich Baby Daddies
RBD would be insane to see

Adonis cover has been amazing since day 1
I donât want videos tbh
Leave it as an album, itâs so weird I feel like I want the songs to just remain mysterious album cuts
Do one for the sexy red garbage because it makes sense, then call it a day
Be honest: how many times do you think he listened to this project front-to-back before dropping
Drake really an album art troll/terrorist
Like all of his covers after NWTS have some kind of bizarre, tasteless gimmick
but they all work for me, until this one. This one just has no redeeming qualities

Not really fair because if we keeping it real, I donât think any rap artist today besides maybe Kendrick and Cole actually listens to their albums much before dropping tbh
Sequencing the album and making the final product is usually more of a team effort. 40 and Oliver probably listened to it a decent amount but also it was probably finished hours before release so they couldnât have actually listened to the final product more than once before dropping
Nah this intro a damn problem
Away from home sounds more like the outro
The only track on the album that sounds like an outro is 8am in Charlotte
I really do think the only thing letting this album down is the sequencing, amazing songs just presented in a hard to digest way

Thatâs how I felt about a few but this is AESTHETIC
Honestly Nevermind also fire
